 Orders are accepted if the products in your cart are available and your payment method is authorized for that particular transaction. Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged when you place your order.

As soon as your payment is received and your order has been shipped, I will send an email to you to confirm that your purchase is on the way. If for any reason I am unable to fulfill your order, you will be given a full refund.

Items that are in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days of payment being received. Please note that the prices shown for the products do not include shipping fees ( $10.00 in the US and $15.00 to Canada). This is added at checkout. Any taxes outside of the United States are the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of QUILTS UPON A TIME.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you wish to return a product purchased from QUILTS UPON A TIME, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so and you will receive a full refund of the product price once I receive the product back. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. It is advisable that you obtain a tracking number from the postal service used. The product must be sent back to:
